Bob Anderson - President & CEO
Bob worked for Televisa owned FOX 6 in San Diego as Director of Operations during the development and build out of their 10.3 million broadcast news facility. Fox 6 News launched as one of the first tapeless news operations in the country in late 1999.Tasked with overall responsibility for oversight of engineering design and specifications, operational workflow and construction related to the technical core, Bob gained tremendous experience benefiting current and future customers of PDI.
In 2008, Bob joined TV Magic and had oversight on over twenty client projects as Vice President of Project Management including high profile projects for ESPN, Technicolor, UCLA and FOX. He moved to the LA/Burbank office of TV Magic in 2009 as General Manager and managed the completion of ESPN’s LA Live west coast broadcast center, Technicolor’s Sunset Gower Studios and regional sports networks for FOX Sports Net in Los Angeles, Houston and Detroit. As President/CEO at Pacific Design & Integration, Bob has an executive level “Hands On” involvement with all PDI projects from start to sign off managing customer expectations and assuming ultimate accountability.

Steve Sagady - CTO & Managing Engineer
Engineering is the foundation of our business.
Steve Sagady as CTO of PDI is extensive involved in overseeing the engineering operations at PDI as well as being senior project designer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Most recently Steve has headed up the design team for PDI’s Design Build of the Gila River Broadcasting’s Master Control room and three LPTV transmission sites severing the Gila River Indian Community surrounding Chandler Arizona.
He also oversaw the design & rebuilds of governmental production facilities for LA County, city of Orange, West lake Village and Orange County. PDI Also does work for houses of worship, most recently the design Build of Hope Chapel’s five camera sanctuary production system as well as I-MAG projection. Faith Community Church relies on PDI engineering services to staff meetings as well as projection systems installation.
Before becoming a founding PDI, at TV Magic, inc. Steve led the design and build projects for the Trinity Broadcasting Network’s 10-channel output digital master control facility in Tustin, California as well as the TBNs studio HD upgrades. Steve also had responsibility for design and project oversight for ESPN’s LA Live broadcast master control system. Before leaving TV Magic, Steve served as their VP of Engineering and was assigned the overall responsibility for all TV Magic projects in the U.S and Latin America Divisions.
As a Senior Systems Engineer at CBT Systems, Steve was responsible for designing several projects including facility I/O for the massive KABC-TV Los Angeles digital news, production, and technical operations center studio facility project in Glendale.
